02 / two ways to play
Your phone is the camera. Or your phone is the controller. Everyone plays on the TV.
01 / phone as camera

Move in front of the phone’s camera. Your movements become the controls for quick games on Fire TV.
CAMERA-BASED MOTION PLAY02 / phone as controller

Move, jump, and solve little puzzles together. Your phone controls a paper character—with your face right in the action.
PHONE CONTROLS + LIVE FACE CAMERA03 / more than a controller
Put a real face in the action. See who’s winning, who’s panicking, and who just stole your moment.
You already own a touchscreen, camera, and motion sensors. Together, they make your phone part of the party. Buttons and live faces are the starting point; drawing games and shared challenges are next.

04 / under the hood
Use the devices together: phones capture movement and player input; Fire TV brings everyone onto one screen. Tracking can run on the phone or the TV.
Fire TV compute puts motion processing beside the game. Device testing determines which TVs can comfortably handle that workload.
PROTOTYPE ARCHITECTURE · hardware performance and live-service deployment require separate validation.
05 / the next chapter
Next: families help make their own mini-games, built around their ideas, inside jokes, and house rules.
“Make us a space game.
Dad is the alien.
No one trusts the donuts.”

FIRE TV DEMO · VIDEO LINK PENDINGThis page is a public presentation with illustrative browser demos. The Fire TV app is a separate build. Its repository contains source, assets, setup instructions, and AWS integration notes. Hardware performance and live AWS deployment still need verification for the final demo.
The video space will hold the real demonstration once published. Source and development documents currently require repository access; this page does not change those permissions.
